People want to go outside for lots of different reasons. They want to get exercise, to take a break from work, to get out of the house, and to interact with friends. But they may find it difficult to get the initial motivation and spark to actually get outside.
Walk around in real life to discover new buried treasure in the game! The treasure will be saved to your inventory, and be sold for coins.
You can add friends through your profile page, and then see where they are on the map screen.
You can sell the treasure you find and use coins to buy other items, like clothes for your avatar.
You can enjoy your time outside without needing to look at the screen.
Keep track of what your friends are up to, and see how your game progress compares.
Since your avatar appears on the map screen, make sure to show off your personality and interests by customizing your avatar.
Designed the in game shop and inventory system. Designed and put together the final theme and graphics to give the game its “mine shaft” look.
Designed the in-game leaderboard, map, and friends sections. Helped implement the final theme. Created connections/links for operational prototype.
Put all the information on the website, conducted user interviews, and organized phase reports. Designed the customize avatar screen in the app, and helped connect screens for functionality.
